Today I wanted to do a watercolor flower painting. My goal was to see if I could finish it in one hour. Well, it ended up taking 2 hours but I think it turned out looking nice. It is a small painting only 6x4 on 5.5 x 9 watercolor paper. I scanned it and made it into printable note cards, birthday card, thank you card, stationary and envelope set. It is on sale at my etsy shop. I also ordered some more watercolor paper yesterday so more floral painting are planned in the very near future.
I would like to thank Doris at romanticrosesinwatercolor.blogspot.com for awarding me A Passion for Painting Award this week. Doris paints the most beautiful roses in the world! You really must check out her blog.
For the award I must list 7 things that I love:

Monkey See, Monkey Do is a new design I made up last night. The colors and wording can be changed to say anything that you like. This design can be for a Monkey theme Baby Shower or a Monkey See birthday party.
Monkey Buggy Baby Shower invitations are so cute! Your custom information can be added to this design and you can change the colors of the buggy and border to match your monkey theme. I have other monkey invitation designs too. Available at http://www.myartbylynnette.biz/baby-shower-page-3.html
Above is the matching party set for the Baby Shower Monkey Buggy Collection. It comes with printable pdf files for monkey cupcake topper 2 inch circles, monkey cupcake wrappers, and monkey thank you card. Also available are candy bar wrappers, mother to be advice sheets, pin the tail on the monkey game, bookmarks and baby shower word scramble game.
I also had a buyer request a scratch card for a baby shower. It is a really cute idea that I had not heard about before. She has 10 cards that say winner and the rest say sorry under the scratch circle. I made up the design and sent it to the card printer with a link back to my buyer. Contact me if you are interested in a scratch card for your next birthday party, baby shower, or bridal shower.

Dancing Sprite Book
Happy Valentine's Day! I was trying to have this project finished by today as a Valentine's Day surprise for my children but it is not done yet. Instead for Valentine's presents I sewed them some cute little stuffed bears to play with. I made three colors. They named the blue one Blueberry, the yellow is named Banana and the purple one is called Purple Grape. I have a pattern for the bears to download as a pdf file. E-mail me for the pattern.
I wrote the little story about a Dancing Sprite. I am making all the pages in Illustrator. My first sketch of the little sprite was drawn in my sketch book and scanned. I don't think the sprite is cute enough, but I'm still trying to decide how to make her cuter. I want her to have dark hair and medium dark skin tone. So far I have 6 pages finished out of 10.
